Montefiore Medical Center, in the Norwood section of the Bronx, New York, is a teaching hospital of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. It is named for Moses Montefiore and is one of the 50 largest employers in New York State. In 2016, Montefiore Medical Center was ranked #7 of the 180 New York City metropolitan area hospitals by U.S. News & World Report.
